Mouse and Keyboard

Hey guys, im thinking of getting a new keyboard and mouse since mine are pretty much crap, im from the UK and im willing to spend about £120 (188$) on them both, nothing to expencive but i would like something decent.

Thanks in advance -Matt

I like the thermaltake theron for a mouse i have one and the corsair k90 is really cool but I don't own it

Well, depending on what you do, I have several recommendations. First of all, you need to get a mechanical keyboard for that budget. I recommend Rosewill - I can't find them on www.amazon.co.uk, but you could always order them elsewhere and pay a bit extra for shipping. Here in the States, a Rosewill 9000 mechanical keyboard w/ Cherry MX Blue switches - the most clicky, clackity ones (my favorite) - sells for $76.43 on Amazon. For amazon.co.uk, there are a few good options: the Corsair K60 Vengeance w/ Cherry MX Red switches, which are considered the best for gaming, but don't have a click, more of a bump. SteelSeries makes a lot of good products as well, such as their 6G v2 mechanical keyboard w/ Cherry MX Red switches. It doesn't appear to be available in the UK, but they do offer another high quality mechanical keyboard by SteelSeries on the UK Amazon.

For the mouse, I love my Logitech g600. It has fantastic lighting and 20 programmable buttons. It has a braided USB 2.0 cable, and goes up to 8200dpi - which is insane. It is very high quality, and feels great in my hand. A lot of people really like the Razer Deathadder, as well. Personally, I don't like Razer products - they seem to have quality control issues, but if the good reviews aer out weighing the bad reviews, it is a viable option.

The mouse is a more opinionated choice, but for your keyboard, you need to get a mechanical keyboard; you won't regret it!

Thanks alot man, this was insanly helpful! i really like the look of some of the keyboards you talked about, i deffinatly want machanical too
