Doing a fresh format to 20.04 (cuz). But this time i wanna Butter my Root. What happens to the snap and backups if I mount my /games folder (ext4) inside the Butter?
Maybe separate /home and mount there? Thoughts
I don’t think it matters. I think it will mount and work just like normal. It would be no different than mounting a separate home and then another separate games partition inside that home, unless I am missing something here.

I don’t think so, it just skips the directory if the directory has a different filesystem mounted afaik.
No. Snapshots are a Filesystem level event and are not aware of anything that’s happening on any other disks.
Say you mount on /games, btrfs will see /games as an empty directory.
