Didn't really know where else to post this however I wanted to let those of you looking for a new phone know that it's incredibly easy to get one right now. As of the week of Nov. 15-21 Best Buy is offering a $200 gift card available with the activation of a new line on AT&T (the only supported carrier offered) which enables you to virtually pick up a Moto G 2015 ($179.99) for free. Notice that I didn't mention with a new agreement, strictly a new line. This means that you can activate the Moto G as BYOD and have no agreement whatsoever.
You could do something like AT&T's 2GB Plan and have all of the perks of postpaid service for ~$55/mo. This of course requires that you are able to get by with AT&T service which I believe depends on region.
The only thing to be aware of is that you'll likely incur a $15 activation fee on the first bill. Great deal though for anyone looking to build credit but can't get around a down payment on any of the carriers new installment billing plans. Line deposits typically have much more lax credit requirements before you'll see a deposit.
This also of course works with any other phone unlocked or not.
