The boxes in red are the ones I put plugs into. The ones in green are the ones I dont know what to do about. Am I missing any plugs?

  1. The white header is a serial com port, you probably don´t use that anymore.
  2. The Black header is your front pannel audio connector. you need to connect the connecter with tekst AC97 or HD audio to it.

Thanks. So I think im good.

probably yes only you must connect your front panel audio connector to the black header, most cases got 2 option AC97 or HD audio, if you have the HD audio connector then connect that one to the header, and set  that setting in your bios to HD audio, if your case only has audio or AC97 then connect that one to it. and i guess you dont have to set anything in the bios, thats abit depending on the case you have, some cases have HD audio front panel connectors some dont..
