Both of my game controllers are not being recognized by my new computer. One is a Logitech Dual Action while the other is a F310. They both have a light that is supposed to shine when powered. I have tested them on my friend's PC and they work fine. Also, I know that all the USB ports work since my headset works on every single one. I am honestly lost and have no idea how to fix this. I have a feeling that this maybe a motherboard driver issue, but I am not sure.

Update your drivers for the mobo. I took the the time to find them http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/970%20Pro3%20R2.0/index.us.asp?cat=Download
I updated all of my drivers and still nothing.
power management Look and see if they are getting shut off to save power. Plus a reboot with the device connected.
I just remembered that windows says "Unknown Device."
You might go looking for drivers for your unknown device.
I went to Logitech's website to find them, but all that is there is the Logitech Profiler. I download it and connect my controller like I am supposed to, but the program does not detect any of my controller.
