I've narrowed my PC build down to 2 motherboards this is the only part I still need so, should I get the ASUS Z77-V LK or ASRock Z77 Extreme 4?

I plan to be overclocking my cpu to about 4.2 more or less. I also may be overclocking my RAM to 1866. Thank you.
Id personally take the AsRock Extreme 4, ASUS is overpriced for what you get, and asrock also has a lowerd DOA rate.
ASRock has tons of features for the price, they are good reliable boards and the Extreme4 is great, I have the z68 one in a rig. Go for it man.
I would go for the ASUS P8Z77-V LE PLUS. Let me know if you have questions.

Really nice board if it works, got free ram with it which helped decide for me.

This is the absolute best motherboard for the price if you only plan on using one graphics card. And Patriot memory is very nice, and this set is mysteriously inexpensive. This motherboard happens to support it, so pair them I shall.
