Motherboard having Bios issues

So lately I've been having an on and off issue with my motherboard. When I go to turn my computer on the first thing that comes up is my BIOS splash screen. And then, it stops. The computer just locks up at that screen, can't enter the BIOS, doesn't load windows, nothing. I hit the reset button and sometimes this fixes it, and sometimes it continues to have the issue, necessitating further resets.  I have tried updating the BIOS to the latest version, changing my boot order, and minimizing the amount of external hard drives/usbs I have plugged in. This issue has continued to occur under all circumstances.

The motherboard that I am running is a Crosshair V formula. I am running my CPU(Fx- 6100) at stock clock speeds. I'm relatively certain that the mobo is still within it's warranty, however I'd like to be certain that this is causing the issue before I go through the process of pulling it and shipping it in.

Start by removing everything not totally needed. Switch out the GPU and unplug any hard drives that are not the boot drive. Unplug any non essential peripherals. And try it then.

BAsically remove anything other than the CPU and Mobo down to as low as it ca go and still function. This will help narrow down the error.
