Motherboard died

My ASUS M5A97 R2.0 recently stopped working due to a DRAM_LED error on it (all other components were working fine). I bought it from amazon and they didn't have it on stock so they refunded my money back instead.

I'm looking for a new motherboard under £60 that'd go well with this build and I was wondering if you guys had any opinions on which one?

Which one would you prefer? It's mostly used for gaming, photoshop and editting.

Well the Msi 970A gaming has nicer looks, and is a newer board with better onboard audio.

Both boards are basicly fine.

But i think that i would grab the Msi 970A gaming, because of the better onboard audio chip. and also better lan chip!
