I love Gigabyte boards, especially the UD5; they are great overclockers. The UD7 may be one of the best boards for OCing in modern mobo history. However, Asus boards come withgreat software, and a pretty good RMA service (the tech support, not so much...). They are, realistically, the same board, really. Go with what looks better.
i could not agree more with brennanriddell if you want to overclock both of these boards are outstanding but the asus borads have great software. Although i wouldnt go with what board looks better i would really reccomend to go with performance
