Most important piece of hardware for a Adobe collection PC

im looking to build a PC and was wondering what the most important pieces of hardware for running Adobe master collection are.I do pretty much every program in Adobe master collection and was wondering wether a CPU is more used/makes most impact in performance than a better GPU so where should most of my money go to I don't do a lot of gaming but may do in the future.

CPU then GPU for most things. Rendering video is probably the thing most affected by the GPU.

What version is it? Most CC programs support OpenCL acceleration, but previous versions just supported CUDA in those tasks.
