Hello Everyone. I am looking for a 23” monitor, under (preferably) or slightly above $200, that can be used in the portrait orientation (if it has an adjustable stand included that would be great). It would be best if it were an IPS panel due to viewing angles and color consistency. I have been looking at a Dell UltraSharp U2312HM 23" IPS monitor however, if anyone knows of an alternative please provide any relevant information in your post. I would appreciate any experiential or professional input, whichever apply. Thanks for the help.
