Monitor Speeds, Packet Loss, etc (long-term graph)

I am looking to monitor my internet speed, packet loss, etc. throughout the day and have it displayed in a graph. I would like to run this on my PC so I can have long-term data showing problematic times. I use both Ubuntu and Mac OS. I could write a script but I don’t have the time at the moment.
