I just moved my monitors and now one of my monitors is flickering in the bottom 1/8 of the screen. I switched which cables were plugged and which ports, but it is still there.
Any ideas on how to make it stop or why it is doing it?

You mean you tried a spare cable, or did you just plug it into a different port?
Do you have another graphics card lying around or integrated graphics? Try those and see if it stops. If it does, it's the card.
Is it a Samsung model by any chance?
No it's a pa23qr. All three of them are.
I switched the cables between the monitors and the ports.
Well it's stopped. I am not sure what was going on.
You mean you just flipped the ends or used different cables?
That's great, what was the last thing you did when it stopped?
I switched the cables out. I have no idea what the problem was, I just played a game for a bit and then I checked if it was doing it after and it wasn't.
Ah OK, guess it was a bad cable then. Good that it was a relatively painless solution.
