Money No Object....PC build

I would like to build the "ultimate" PC where no expense is spared or technology is compromised.  I understand that there are different PC builds depending on use whether it is for gaming, video production, or just plain email and streaming videos.  I would like to build a PC that no matter what I decide to do whether it is to edit/produce a feature film that would make Michael Bay proud, or if I were to use it to compete in the World Cyber Games Championship or even just sit at home a watching Tek Syndicate videos on YouTube while drafting emails and drinking an Arrogant Bastard Ale.

No budget, just want to flush money down the toilet PC build.  Any thoughts/ideas?

$4100.

Will do anything you could possibly want.

You'll need insane $$$ to do this. Extreme performance, should handle anything you throw at it. Tons of storage too. The peripherals are really your choice, but if I had this kind of money that's what I'd do. The only thing you could do to make it more extreme is to build a custom water loop.

That $7k build is just wasting money, that $4,100 build is actually pretty close to mine, except I have a different case and 3x R9 290x MSI Lightening

Well, he said money no object...

True, I just think It could be spent maybe elsewhere...I don't think yo0u will notice a difference between the 2 in the real world, except maybe 3dmark scores

FTFY

Titan blacks are a waste though. Might as well just get a 4x 780ti's

Unless he goes hard core into rendering.

I figure I might as well add on to the trolling.

if you're dropping that kind of money on a PC you might as well get one of those desk-cases we all drooled over a couple of weeks ago...

Never buy this it is absolutely pointless, but it was fun to put together.

  • Core i7 5960X or some E5 Xeon depending on computer's primary function.
  • Dual, tri or quad SLI GTX 880s or 880 Tis if they're released.
  • Dominator Platinum memory or some super-clocked G.Skill sticks.
  • Custom water cooling loop for processor and video cards or two separate loops for processor, graphics, memory and motherboard. At least 3 separate radiators (top, front, bottom or back).
  • SSDs for all memory, nothing mechanical. Either Neutron GTXs or 840 Pros. Or a PCI-e drive.
  • Either a ROG motherboard or some workstation board.
  • AX1500i power supply for everything.
  • A 900D is an appropriate case to fit everything, especially if the dual loop configuration is used. Silverstone or Lian Li also make decent cases.

+1

Basically everything I would of said

With the Haswell-E chips and Maxwell 880s right around the corner you are better off using them over anything out right now.

Come on guys, isn't it obvious he needs this:

Wow all!  Thank so much for all the helpful tips.  I'll definitely post the final specs of what I decided to go with.

just buy one of those nvidia server racks where they have like 20 titans in them.
