This is driving me bananas. So Explorer shows this file Date 9/25/2020 8.03AM.
Is this supposed to be the creation date? Because it sure is not the modification time or date. Definitely I need modification dates in Explorer.
Right click on the column header and you should be able to select Date modified (or find it under More…)

Ahh … forgive a Mac user here…
right. So the default “Date” is actually a creation date?
It should say at the top of the column what that date is. Default is modified.
