I'm building a New rig and will be overclocking an i5 to 4.5ghz I need a good mobi under 160 it must have sli aswell

any of the ASRock Z77 boards will be fine

although if thats Ivy bridge you mean you might have trouble hitting 4.5ghz due to the intel using low end thermal paste, which you can fix by decapping it and putting quality paste under the heat spreader

MSI Z77A-GD65, it's around the 140 mark, you might be able to find it cheaper if you look around. The GD55 on the other hand has almost all the same functionality minus a few sata features and is cheaper buy about 20ish I believe.
