Mobo for i5 4690k

So i've got no idea what to look for when it comes to motherboards, and i'm completely lost. i did some research on a store and decided that this cpu would best fit me, but i don't know what mobo would be best.

http://www.i-love-pc.com/ this is the website i'm using mostly. Help me please.. i really need it

You want a Z97 board, preferably one with decent reviews, what budget what country?

Australia, and there isn't too much of a budget, but just something that isn't overkill on a budget, preferably less than $200 AUD

asus z97 a

Pretty much your only option unless you can source an OC formula which you WOULD NOT be disappointed.. its an OC BEAST... that or the extreme 6 which is a very awesome board. The asus has a nice UEFI that or the giga g1 gaming.
AVOID MSI like the plague...

I've got an MSI Z97s Krait edition, the board works fine, I've had no issues since I bought it.

They cheap out on the little things though- the IO panel is pretty poor, there was no SLI bridge included, which seemed odd being that it's marketed specifically as an SLI board.

I've had a 4690k overclocked at 4.2 on air since I built it.

If I had the choice again though, I'd probably go with a Gigabyte board. I was really impressed with the G1 Gaming GPUs, so would like to think the same quality would be in the motherboards.

That name makes me cringe... altogether .. it sets house on fire (sometimes you get lucky and its semi decent)

So from the research I've done and what everyone here has said, go with a gigabyte or Asus mobo?

Asus

Thats on AMD with MSI motherboards
