MOBO BIOS compatibility with Kaveri

I'm getting the AMD Athlon x4 860k and I just want to make sure the motherboard I get will actually post. When I add the A78 to pcpartpicker it warns me that "Some AMD A78 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Kaveri CPUs." It doesn't seem to do that with the A68H though. Which one would you guys recommend for me? How can I go about updating the BIOS in case it doesn't recognize my CPU?
Please help, I am thoroughly confused.

I'm pretty sure that at this point in time if you're purchasing a new board it would come with the required BIOS update. You might want to go with an A88X chipset board though, if it's in your budget.

What are the differences between the A68H, the A78 and the A88X?

The motherboard producer may add/change features on the OEM side, but A88X supports additional SATA III connections, and PCI-E 3.0 natively vs A78. The A88X board will also more than likely have higher quality components (MOSFETs, Caps, Chokes) which will either give you better longevity or better overclocking support, depending on what you use the system for.

A68H is the entry-level chipset, so that's for your very budget builds. I'm not entirely sure on the specs, but I'll assume it has native PCI-E 2.0 and fewer I/O options than A78 or A88X.

In basic terms, the board hierarchy goes A88X > A78 > A68H. Generally you want to go for the highest chipset level that your budget allows.
