MMO Gamer Build, Under $800

TL;DR--> Need build for mainly MMO gaming, 60+ FPS in taxing situations, $800 and under (need OS). Monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset recommendations separate from price range are welcome.

I apologize in advance for not having a PCpartpicker link to preface any of this. I tried multiple times to piece together a build, to no avail. Thus why I need a bit of help.

Currently I run a 2.2 Dual core laptop, with some shitty graphics card i cant recall at the moment of writing. I am huge into WoW raiding, and plan on dedicating even more to upcoming game Wildstar. I average MAYBE 20 FPS in a 10 man in WoW, with 25 man largely unplayable. I need help with a build UNDER $800 (Need OS as well), that will run mainly MMO's at max (or close to) max settings at 60+ FPS steadily, even in taxing situations. I dont care about AMD vs Intel, as long as im getting the best possible bang for buck. Upgradibility is also not a factor with this build.

IMPORTANT:

If anyone has any peripheral recommendations that are good for gaming, suggestions would be welcome. Those dont have to be included in price.

This will run pretty much anything.

Thanks for the reply! One question: If I wanted to say...upgrade the graphics card up to the 290 at any point, would it be bottlenecked by the rest of the build or would i be good?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3Dvnv I usually go AMD for the processor, but stuff like WoW favor Intel so much its not even funny. Sorry to say but the 6300 build would be really dumb for a mainly WoW player...
