UPDATE TIME!
So my godfather cut the acrylic piece for me as I didn't had any of the proper equipment. The acrylic sheet was a scrap piece that was laying around in my house, so it's why it's all scratched out, but it's perfect for my use case.
Testing of the effect.
And trying to cram the leds into place because you've not really thought about it seriously before hand. Not very bendable and I had to lay flat the leds where is the PSU so it was a bit challenging. Used trusty hot glue.
Use double-sided tape for the moment to maintain the acrylic piece in place because my brother don,t want to print the new retention clips I need. The panel and the acrylic don't sit flush but I will solve that problem later on when i will have the clips I need.
The effect is pretty much working as intended, but maybe I will look to buy some king of narrower led strip, don't know for sure.
