Positron

A positron is a particle of matter with the same mass as an electron but an opposite charge. It is a form of antimatter because, when a positron encounters an electron (a negative particle), the two completely annihilate to yield energy.

Last year I changed my gamertag to POSITRON because most of the internet disgusts me. I want to be a positive force for good.

Trolls, snipping, gamergate, etc. it is the fall of polite society. It is also why I use my real name online, I do not hide behind anonymity. I am always a professional, a gentleman and polite in person, so I try to be the same online. I am not a SJW and don't care what your beliefs are. I just won't tolerate people being rude while debating an issue. I try to teach / lead by example of being respectful and polite even if I disagree with your position. I realize that I am a White Knight fighting in a cesspool, yet I am still surprised when i get home covered in shit.

If you piss me off, I don't care what point you are trying to express. I will let you know, that was rude, you made me angry, this is why civilized people don't behave like that, please don't do it again. A polite rebuff to let you know you crossed a line. I like joking around bustin' chops just like y'all and can appreciate a good dis especially when you get me. I know sometimes I cross the line of good taste by accident. But I will admit "I was wrong. Sorry."

Do it again? You get both barrels and I will never talk to you again. You had been warned.

while it's all well and good you want to be a gentleman telling people in all caps bolded you'll never speak to them again after they said something that offended you isn't leading by example...

At first I did, but look at you and I. We get along now because I have lightened up quite a bit. At first I didn't get 'The Lounge'. Now I can appreciate all of you jerks. Up to a point and then I will let you know "You just crossed MY line."

It hurts me deeply because... I don't want to get into that.

A forum is a public situation. If I get angry it is best (for me) to let you know why I need to walk away. People that hurt me twice, I have to avoid for my own sanity. I know it is not normal, but it is the coping mechanism that works for people like me.

Ask my family. I haven't talked to Mom, Dad, or Sis in 5 years because they are all toxic personalities that I had to cut out of my life. Although I love them, they never fail to disappoint me, so i don't give them the opportunity to hurt me anymore.
