I ran Belarc Advisor to retrieve my Product key and found that a critical windows update is missing. I have refreshed the update search numerous times. For a week to be precise. Anyways it was an update released back in May and it is labeled as critical. I think it is a fix for the critical flash vulnerability present in all major versions of IE. For me, I am required to use IE for certain things and am worried about this. There isnt a place on the microsoft site to download it, so I cant update IE. What can I do? I have tried removing and readding IE via the control panel and I still cant get updates for it.
cant you just download the kb file from microsoft.com? a simple google search will lead you there.
