Does anyone know of any rackmount chasis that are roughly the height of ALTA G1M or an NZXT H700 that can accommodate an itx system with 7 or more 3.5 HDDS with a 10gb pci card, and an matx system with a gpu roughly the dimensions of this card? XFX Speedster MERC 319 AMD Radeon™ RX 6900 XT Black Gaming Graphics Card with 16GB GDDR6, AMD RDNA™ 2 or any of the founders edition Nvidia 4000 series cards as well as a 10gb pci card.
I’m looking for something that would have normal levels of computer noise. IE. I don’t want to have server rack levels of sound with this setup. Both systems are currently air cooled and I would prefer to keep it that way. The matx system uses the Noctua NH-U12A chromax.black 60.09 CFM CPU Cooler and the itx system uses a Scythe Big Shuriken 3 cpu cooler.
Let me know if more information is required. Thanks.
Uh, let me get this straight… You want a rackmount chassi that is <= 200mm in width, that has space for at least seven HDDs and a GPU?
Racks use units in height and each unit is 40mm 44.50mm (thanks for the correction @Dutch_Master). So, yes, you can accomodate two systems, one 2U (80mm) and one 3U (120mm) with the NAS having something like this:

And the other one, 3U are more rare but still exist:
Thank you both I found this on amazon what should I keep in mind if I wanted/needed to add railing to the rack unit?
What should I be looking for in terms of fans and how to make sure that the NAS in particular isn’t sounding like it will blast off when just operating normally? Looking at the 3U rack I don’t anticipate the larger system being an acoustic problem.
I have the impression you’re confusing a rack with a rack mounted case. Those aren’t the same.
If you’re looking to transplant your current system into a rack mounted case, look at Rosewell (Amazon brand) or various suppliers on Aliexpress. You’d need a 4U case to accommodate your air-cooler. You can then mount it rack-style into the Amazon rack unit you’ve linked to.
That said, the rack unit you’ve linked to in the last post can be used with your current case as is. Just mount a plate low enough to fit the current case into the unit and you’re done.
