Mini-ITX with Fractal Design Node 304

Hello, like the topic suggest I want to build a rig with the Fractal Design Node 304 case. I was looking around and found this parts that are good for my needs (gaming, office, programming):

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1230v3 Bx, LGA1150
GPU: MSI N770 Twinfrozr 2GD5/OC, 2GB DDR5
PSU: Seasonic G-550, 550 Watt, 80PLUS Gold
Case: FRACTAL DESIGN Node 304 schwarz, mini-ITX, ohne Netzteil
SSD: Samsung SSD 840 EVO Basic 250GB SATA 6Gb/s
RAM: 16GB-Kit Crucial Ballistix Tactical Series DDR3-1600, CL8
Motherboard: MSI H87I AC, ITX, Sockel 1150

Or in pcpartpicker:

The rig would set me back around 1000€. I will not overclock it (E3-1230v3) and I want it to be quite.

What do you think of it? Would you change anything?

P.S.: the CPU and motherboard work together just fine.

I can attest to that RAM being reliable.  Used it in about 20 systems.  The Xeon kinda makes it seem like a server until you throw in the GPU.  what you using this for?

Intel Xeon E3-1230 V3 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor and MSI H87I AC Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard are not compatible.

Yes they are, http://www.msi.com/product/mb/H87I_AC.html#/?div=CPUSupport

I flagged it on there site a month ago but they didn't do anything.

This version of Xeon is a i7 without the GPU and you cannot overclock it.

Looks great.

i have the same case.  It's a pleasure to build in(albeit ITX is still a pain in the butt)

oh, nvm then :)
