The Node 304 could fit a 140 radiator, but it's a bit hard to figure out what you really need. :)
You're not going to find much in that size that will support custom water cooling. I've seen people do some cool things with the Cooler Master Elite 120/130's. The Node 304 is another option but space is going to be very limited.
Maybe also look at the Haf stacker 915 mini-ITX units?
Im thinking of a 770 and an i74770k i think a 240 rad can cover that?
