Mini-ITX Build. Will This fit?

Title says it all, I've been working on a MIni-ITX gaming system, but I am unsure of a couple of things size-wise. I'm looking at the BitFenix Prodigy since I've heard so many good things about it, but I'm worried that I won't be able to fit the power supply or graphics card I'd like to use inside. Here's the part selection that I've come up with so far:

I would prefer to use a fully modular power supply for easier cable management, but I've heard that I could run into issues fitting that into a BitFenix Prodigy since that would only leave around 20mm of space for cables since the PSU bay is 180mm long and the PSU would be 160mm. Now obviously, I would have to route the cables before screwing in the PSU, but would the small space put too much strain on the cables coming out?

As for the graphics card, I am aware that length is not a problem as long as the top hard drive bay is removed, but what I'm worried about is the depth. Specifically, I'm looking at the Vapor X Sapphire 7970 ghz edition since I've heard that Sapphire makes some of the best AMD cards available. However, on their website it says that the card would take up 2.5 slots, while the Prodigy is stated to accommodate 2 slot cards. As far as I know (not entirely sure), the extra .5 comes directly from the size of the cooler, the bracket itself only taking up 2 slots, so I'm worried that I might not have enough room to fit the side panel back on, and I'm not going to do any case mods.

On a side note would the handles on the top of the case be strong enough to transport the computer to a different room in my house without the risk of breaking? I'm planning on moving it between 2 different rooms fairly often depending on what I'm doing.

Thanks for any input you may have

Yeah, I watched that video already, and while he does use similar parts, as far as I know he's not using a fully modular PSU or a 2.5 slot graphics card (assuming that makes a difference). Which is what I am asking about.

You can install huge graphics cards in the Prodigy, Linus from LinusTechTips did about 2 or 3 Prodigy builds, he could install a GTX Titan, big air coolers, and he even did a fully custom watercooling solution on it!
