Mini-ITX build. Check this please

Ok so I am going to be building a mini-ITX build and I want it to be super compact. I already have a 7200 rpm seagate barracuda 320gb hard drive and a EVGA Nvidia GTX 650 ti 2gb SSC card so that's all good. Here is the parts I have picked out and just so you know my budget is $450 tops for everything so if you have any other recommendations let me know.

CPU- AMD A10-5700 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113289

PSU- Seasonic SS-E350ET Bronze 80 plus certified 350 watt http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151077

RAM- Avexir Core Series DDR3 1866 8gb (2x4) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA0ST08P6216

DVD Drive- Samsung USB 3.0 Slim External http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151262

Motherboard- Asrock FM2A75M-ITX http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157363

Case (I DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE THIS DUE TO IT'S SIZE)- DIYPC V3Plus-B Black Mini-ITX Tower http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811353014

Why get an APU when you have a GPU already? A miniITX mobo and an i3 would be around the same price and better.

Hmmm... What if I just did an i5-3350p?

Not a bad choice, it'd be good for mATX since it doesn't generate too much heat and you won't probably be overclocking. I'd go for it.

Any other opinions?

I agree with captain pip but seriously, get a bigger power supply...

I'm looking for the red MPower model of the ram u have, but can't find it anywhere.... And their website is not responding to my requests.
