Minecraft - who plays it?

Hello! I have recently built my new gaming computer. I had been playing Minecraft for 2.5 years before that. I have accumulated thousands of hours of Minecraft playtime, and had a lot of experience with servers, both hosting them and playing on them. I have always loved a small, honest, intelligent gaming community when I play Minecraft, and with large servers, it is unlikely to find that. I don't want to deal with annoying 12 year olds, or idiotic teenagers. If anyone here hosts a legit, small survival server, please let me know. I would love to get to know the people here on TekSyndicate better, and doing this through Minecraft would be a great way. If nobody has a server, I could host one, making it the unofficial TekSyndicate Minecraft server. I am looking forward to playing wiith you guys. Let me know!

I know the hangout guys have a serer they've been playing on. I'm sure they'll comment, i dont play because i never bought into it.

I just joined these forums today so i dont really know anyone. I can host a server easily, 24/7, any mods that you want. However i have had trouble allocating more ram onto it. It defaults at 1gig and when i change it to 2 gigs it doesnt start up. I can host the server for now and it will be fine, but if more and more people start coming on, more ram will be helpful.
