I have an old computer laying around with a Intel Q6600 CPU and 4GB of RAM. My internet is 105 down and 20 up. Would this be sufficient enough to run a Minecraft Server of 6 people?
yes you should be able to host a server with that you just need to open the port 25565 in order to make it public
