Migrating from TrueNAS core to Prox-mox server

After 7 faithful years I think its time to upgrade my true nas server. I want to replace the server with one box that hosts the truenas and give me the abiltiy to spin up VMs and teach myself how to windows properly.

Currently the machine runs

  • FreeBSD VM for running Emby with 4gb of ram
  • Unifi controller running on an Ubuntu 20.04 server VM

Hardware specs
-HPE ProLiant ML10 v2 Server

  • Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1220 v3 @ 3.10GHz
  • 4 x Seagate 4tb in raid z 1
  • 1 x 500 gig kingston nvme
  • 32 gig ECC DDR3

So basically what am wanting to know is would be possible to migrate the Z raid into a TrueNAS Core VM on prox mox using hardware pass through and have the VM recognise the existing Zraid.

I am looking at basing the replacement server on

  • MSI PRO Z790-P DDR4
  • Intel Core i7 13700 Raptor Lake
  • 128 gig DDR 4 3200 ram
  • 2tb nvme for the storage of VMs.

So in a nutshell I would like to run the above VMS , a windows server AD and a couple of client Winders VM

Will I be able to achieve this or will I have to copy my data first and recreate the zraid
