What are some awesome water coolers that are in the mid ranged builders area (talking sub $100 area to mid $150) Cooling is a major issue down in Texas as it is one of the hottest states year round and air cooling just wont justify for our builds sometimes. I have already looked up the Kraken X60 and have read on MaximumPC October issue that its is one of the better bang for the buck coolers that destroy any air coolers no problem. Open to any cooler that can handle about 8 months of 90+ degree weather, of course we try to keep the in room temp around the lower mid 70's.
Any comment, sugestions, or advise would be of great help

Get a 360mm XSPC kit for $144 :)
BTW forgot to mention it will be going inside Raidmax Agusta (full tower) and cooling an i5 4670K and should I use plain distilled/purified water or is there a special formula that works [__] much better (ex. antifreeze for a car is better than just plain water)
I know Koolance has a liquid which doesn't need maintenance for 2 to 3 years
One thing that you have to keep in mind with water cooling though is that if your ambient temperatures are high, then the performance that you get from water cooling will be hindered. The reason I'm saying this is that there really aren't any water cooling solutions in your price range that would give you too much of a benefit over air cooling. The general rule of thumb for water cooling is that you want one 120mm fan placement of radiator space per component being water cooled, and an extra 120mm fan placement on top of everything. With your high ambient temperatures though this rule doesn't hold too well and you'll likely need more radiator surface area to keep your temperatures in check. Please let me know if you have any questions about this.
