First impressions, it appears to have the same scrolling delay as other Chromium-based browsers - The one area where Edge was really good. Other than that, it’s just a version of Chromium with MS account integration to sync all of your bookmarks and settings. Not much in the way of customisation beyond UI.
This is how it works I guess. A rendering engine is a rendering engine. the UI provides the nice to haves. Funny to think that the most rendering engines can trace their origins back to KDE.
… on the flip-side, given the migration to web/cloud based applications and the prevalence of webkit based browsers having success, the fact that KDE is not the premier platform for web applications is perhaps a swing and a miss for the project…
