So i was thinking about starting a youtube show where i talk about things.
My question is, what's a good and cheap microphone i can buy? Do i need to buy a soundcard as well?

You can only get so cheap, I would look at the blue yeti/snowball or the AT2020.
All three are USB and won't need a sound card.
