Mic issue / Headphone right ear louder than left

I got my new , Creative SB Inferno " headset.
The mic is repeating what i say and gets louder till you hear a pip.
Don’t know what to do!

Headphone problem:
The Headphones are weird aswell, the sound which should came from the left is also on the right and its so loud on the right that you can notice something is wrong… The right is overall louder than the left one. Sound which should come from the middle ( should be same loud on both sides ) is louder on the right side.

Sounds like 1 of 3 things:

  • The headset itself is completely busted in which case you need to RMA it immediately (Hell ask for a refund maybe if you want the best audio quality you can get for the money)
  • The settings/drivers are completely derped, in which case you should uninstall ALL forms of audio drivers and reinstall the latest ones
  • Your audio hardware, be it on-board or external DAC or internet sound card, is broken (BUt I think this is not the case as it seems this issue only started with your new headset)

Try option 2 first and see if it works. Also when it comes to the mic issue I recommend you use a recording instead of using "Listen to this device"

I plugged them to my friends PC and they worked the same as before, I think this might be the headphone it self.

Never mind found the issue.
Case closed.

Could you tell me what the issue was? I'd like to know so I can help others with this in the future maybe

It was a retardedly emberrassing issue.. This is a PS4 Headset and i became a splitter with it for x2 3.5 connectors.
I did not insert the splitter all the way in, I tried a bit harder but it was blocking and I was scarred it will brake,as I was sure I will have to send it back to CREATIVE I forced it in because I would get a new pair anyway. And well it worked.
I am retarded that's it.

The Sound got balanced and mic sound's normaly now.
