Do you have any experience with a program to rename multiple files or episodes at a time? Specifically, that are able to rename files based on something such as “episode 1, episode 2” and so on within a season?
There are programs to do that, but honestly its not that much work imo
I’ll admit it is solely because of laziness.
Since you have Plex, you can do this with Sonarr. You’d add the series and then do a mass rename of the episodes to a specific format

Sonarr is a tool for managing your TV series. It can monitor your current series for up coming releases, search and add monitored series, and able to mass rename a monitored series based on a set name scheme you can set
Radarr does the same thing but for movies
