Mechanical keyboard suggestions please! n.n

Maybe I should just stop, but I kind of want to buy a 4th mechanical keyboard, so I've been doing research but not finding what I'm looking for. Then I figured where better to ask for someone to massage my insanity than the Tek Syndicate forum!?

So this keyboard would be for work. I started working at a datacenter recently in systems support so I do a lot of typing, and prefer Cherry blues in this scenario. All I've ever owned are cherry's and I'm open to suggestions for other tactical options, just keep in mind I don't like browns or reds for work (though I enjoy them at home).

Critical features:
-Full size - gotta have a numpad, already tried working on my ducky shine mini and IP addresses drive me mad. (Also does anyone know an easy way to type colons on numpad? Why is typing mac addresses made so difficult?? I've set g6 on my g710 for ":" for crying out loud)
-Highly tactical keys
-Highly accessible volume wheel - If I lose this I'm going to have to have something else on my desk (open to suggestions) to change the volume, I'm constantly changing the level as I listen to music all day long and I don't want it to be jarring to have to perform this task or I'll just go back to my g710. A button/key doesn't count, gotta be a nice wheel of some kind.
-Professional look - NO GLOSSY PLASTIC. I clean my keyboards often but this just looks unprofessional to me, especially compared to my k70 and ducky mini.

Preferred features:
-Metal construction - the main reason I'm looking to switch, I really like the professional look of my k70 at home and I'd like that on my desk at work as well. The problem here seems to be that keyboards like the ducky legend don't have a dedicated volume wheel.
-Backlit or faceless keys - I'm going back and forth on this one, all my keyboards are backlit and I tend to prefer it, but I'm curious about giving the das 4 a try, or getting a keycap set that could be entertaining if others try typing at my desk.

-Also programmable/macro keys might be a nice bonus

So far I'm thinking:
-DAS ultimate with cherry blues
-K95 RGB for home, then taking my k70 to work.
-Ducky Legend, then some external volume control knob for my insane obsession
-Open to suggestions~

Why not buy an ODAC if audio is important to you over spending your money on another keyboard?

Otherwise Model M/Clone

Thinking about it but never felt it was that important, especially to put a highly valuable DAC on my desk that someone could pocket...
Typically use ath-pro500mk2, which are plenty easy to power.

You could just attach it to the bottom of your desk though, in any case, not sure, I don't know of too many mechanical boards with all the media control on them

Hmm, I'll give that some thought. I don't want to be drilling screws in or anything, but I'll ask my manager if they care if I put stickies on the bottom of the desk.

Right now I have an extension cable running through the cable slot on my g710 to my lenovo laptop dock, so that works pretty well, but I'm really wanting something that's not glossy plastic.

I was going to recommend the DAS but it was already on your list. I bought a Cougar Attack 2 with mx blues. It has volume up/down/mute buttons in the top right corner. Idk if this can be done without an additional program but why not have a keyboard command that temporarily turns your mouse wheel into a volume nob.

In any case people still seem to like the O2

and ya, something like this would probably work if you didn't want to use screws and stuff

Or it's a tiny amp that could fit into your bag, you could easily just move it from place to place and disconnect it via the USB in the back of it if you go with the O2, there's even the portable version that can be battery powered.
