Every time I see your avatar, I know I’m gonna die a little more inside when I see the post.
I click regardless; Such beauty, much framing, many sadness at not being able to replicate…

Lubed up my wooting one, as if flaretech switches could be any smoother. Gets rid of any pinging from the spring and gives a bit lower or muted sound. New keycaps are coming in tomorrow hopefully.

What lube did you use?

Gonna sound weird but its a grease I use for my paintball gun, safe on plastic, but a bit thicker than conventional lube for switches. But I applied it very lightly.

Gonna be taking it apart later for some spray paint, and stabilizer mods.

Have you worked through an ad agency before?

All lubed up, new caps and space bar are matching my system nicely.

Finally!

Woah momma

Maaaan coming to this thread was a mistake now my 5 year old Wasd Code feels lame.

Maybe I’ll feel better after cleaning it.

My daily is still a CoolerMaster QuickFire Rapid I got back in early 2013.

I did replace with PBT caps about 5 years ago, but otherwise it’s stock.

Did a cleaning, it’s never been taken apart only cleaned externally.

(Warning, this is bad)

Yes, that’s a piece of uncooked spaghetti

And now, other than the caps being a bit worn it’s like new and i’m happy!

I think just a WASD set could freshen it up nice since those are the most worn.

If I want Japanese cherry blossom neon, but buckling springs, what are my options?
