Hydrodip is becoming reasonably popular. I have seen a few around reddit. Does look nice though.
got the hall effect finally 
put a mix of my vintage WYSE and some random NKPC caps on it
switches are SMOOTH, way more than any MX switch Iāve tried. Bottoms out rather hard though, which isnt bad just gives a different feeling to it.
also switches are modular which is cool
and the RGB controls are all on-keyboard
@zibob thoughts on custom springs for these? the 70g springs this has actually feel lighter than MX blacks lol because of the design.

No idea where to get springs for it but if they are a standard size they should ba findable.
At the moment I would say look in /r/mk, but other than that I got nothing sorry.

hmm, thatās what I figured lol. They are quite a bit larger than MX springs so I donāt think those would work. I think the reason these feel lighter is because they donāt ever fully depress, hence why 70g feels more like 50. Iāll have to double check to see if these arenāt the 50g ones but the box said they were 70g lol soā¦

I think its because Blue Alps is considered rare, so people that are in the know sell these things for ridiculous prices.
Iād take a White Alps board over it any day, its way too much money for me to blow on a keybā¦

Same with AT model Fs. Yes the capacitive buckling spring is a superior design and all but not for $250+ lolā¦
When the XT version is $60-100.
Granted the XT one needs an active adapter which is $40 but said adapter can also be used on most any AT or XT keyboard to make them USB.

But that board comes with the āMontereyā blues (https://deskthority.net/wiki/SMK_Alps_mount) which arenāt that rare, if Iām remembering correctly, not the the SKCM Blues (https://deskthority.net/wiki/Alps_SKCM_Blue) that people rave about. I think the seller is just trying to pull a fast one.
Holy crap Iām in love with brown alps, also there are some green alps it looks like but its cut in half almostā¦ never seen that before.
