Yeah. I think that the first one was the one that I did with minimal Semolina top.

But they all have that thicc bread core and some meat around it.
I have tried a lot of things and, even if not as thicc, there is always way more dough on the bottom…
My guess is I really need to go overboard with the thickness of the dough in the middle and insanely thin edges so when rolled it’s fine…
