I have a problem. When i turn off my pc it nevers shut downs, i can hear the HDD stop but the fans still spins.
i thiks it's beacaus of a malware i have or a virus. i suspect internet explorer to keep it alive. Wen i open the task manager it's alwase running on a wabsite called "posadi17.com". When i googled it was sowing virus and trojan about website. Do you know a cleaner or somway to destroy it to get my pc to shut down (if it's this).

Avast antivirus scan, plus boot scan, plus browser cleanup. Followed by malawarebytes full system scan. Throw ccleaner in there for good measure. All are free and will at least get rid of the worst of it.
Malwarebytes works really well for me, plus it's fairly expedient if you don't have terabytes of data to sift through. I've not really found much of a need for any other software.
Oddly ,what i use avast the most for is the boot scan and browser cleanup. Both are far more useful than the original premise. lol
