Making an "icon pack installer"

So basically, i have a bunch of icons i want to make my defaults, but I have a lot of folders/files in my computer. So is there a quicker way to change them all to the new icons, or can i only go individuality to change them?

Thank you

I dont think so. only way to do it that i know of would be to modify the images themselves.

There's a program called iPack builder that i've tested. It's an executable that changes imageres.dll, imagesp1.dll, and zipfldr.dll. It's compatible with Win 7, 8 and 10. You can also download packs like this from places like deviantart. I tested it on Windows 10 and it crashed me first time around but worked the second. Create a restore point just in case.
