I have everything working great. Only problem is when I press the windows key, it opens but the Windows start menu, and my Linux start menu.
I could rebind that in my Linux distro but I’d really prefer to just have it be captured in Looking Glass. Is there a way to do this?
It does this through capture mode (scroll lock)?

Yep, toggle capture mode, which can be toggled by the Scroll Lock key by default.
You can configure a different key, if you’d like, by configuring the input:escapeKey (-m) argument when launching looking glass.

For example, my keyboard doesn’t have a Scroll Lock key, so I use the Right Control key, like so:
looking-glass-client -m KEY_RIGHTCTRL
