Major problem with R9 380 Displayport Output, please help!

So I usually run my setup with two monitors, an Acer H236L bid 23 inch with an Asus VG248QE. Both are at 1080p

My R9 380 Sapphire Nitro edition has displayport running to the Asus (which is 144hz), and an HDMI cable that is connected to the GPU with an HDMI-DVI adapter (I'll explain why in a bit). The regular HDMI end is plugged into the monitor.

THE PROBLEM
Today I got my Elgato HD 60 pro, an internal capture card. I tested recording PC gameplay with it by running an HDMI cable into it from the GPU.

That was all fine and dandy, then I went to work. The PC was in sleep mode, not shutdown. When I returned home and booted back up, the displayport was not outputting signal.

I tried removing the elgato, no dice. HDMI and DVI outputs work. The 144hz monitor works. I even updated the drivers to the latest and the beta, no dice.

I don't know what to do at this point, and I assume that my GPU just took a crap and it's time for an upgrade.

Thanks in advance for any help
