Major Budget Build

So after seeing the Gaming PC that I put together for myself, a friend of mine asked me to help him build one.  The problem is that he is on a major budget of roughly $400.  Normally I'd advise against a build that low but he actually needs a computer as well so I'm asking for some help.  This is what I have so far:

CPU: Athlon X4 760K - Probably the best CPU I could find for the price, I briefly considered a Pentium G, but I really wanted to have a quad core for multitasking.

MOBO: MSI A88XM-E35 - An A88, FM2+ mobo, Reasonably featured and since we won't be OC'ing I feel ok going with this.

Storage: WD Caviar Blue 320 gb - Cheaped out here but bigger HDD's can be added later.

RAM: Patriot Viper 3 4gb (1x4) - Single stick of cheap ram

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 1GB - I wanted to with something a little better like the 750 ti but that strained the budget and for the games hes going to play (cs:go, dota, LOL, hearthstone, minecraft) the 7770 should be adequate

Case: Diablotek CPA-0170 - The struggle's real, don't judge.  Seriously though I know that integrated power supplies are crap but working with the budget I had this appears to be a decent choice.  After I upgrade my build I'll probably give him my cx500 but until then, computer needs power:p

I'd like some feedback on this, maybe some alternative part suggestions, just keep in mind the price point is unfortunately firm.

A AMD FX- 6300 would be a nice 6 core and about the same speed as a i5 and it only 25 $ more.

A Asus HD7770-2GD5 comes with 2 GB instead of 1 GB of VRam and is only 25 $ more

If you Upgrade you would only be a bit over 400 $.(just drop the GPU if you have to be under 400$)  http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3t1p9

And I would Get this Power supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply it's only 20 $

You can get 5800k, use the integrated GPU, and use the money from 7770 for good ram, larger HDD, and especially for good PSU... Later on instead of buying ram and hdd and new case and stuff, just buy a GPU... You will still have a quad core CPU at 3,8GHz...

344$ and all you need now is a videocard... But you have one until you have the money...

Yeah, go with an APU at this budget.
