I am hitting my head against a wall here. I am currently using an old laptop for DJing a wedding (it is a backup) what I want to know is, is there a script or macro or hotkey program that can allow me to shut down (disable) certain services all at once for when I need to use this professionally? I can not shut down ALL services, shutting down realtek would be counter-productive for me. But I would like to shut down wi-fi, system messages, BITS, bluetooth, CIR, all the updaters. and then be able to use that macro or hotkey to reactivate them when I am done. Shutting all these down manually takes at least 30 mins and I would like to cut that down. Any ideas?
i would imagine the simplest solution would be writing a batch file (or 2) that goes through and disables these things one by one, and then just saving it to the desktop or somewhere easy to reach, i'd think you'd run into issues trying to get a macro program to do so many relatively complicated tasks
It took some doing, but it worked great. Thanks
