M-ITX mobo streaming editing build

Hello,

Looking to build a SFF in a couple of months once I arrive in Canada, Primarily it will be used for gaming/streaming/editing

Budget: 200-400 (Would only go up to 400 for features well worth their price)

First off I do love aesthetics and would be willing to shell out another $50 if it means it fits my look (That being a Tank at this time)

Overclocking: Possibly in the future

Cooling: Custom water cooling loop

Case: Corsair 250d (xigmatek aquila is a serious contender also)

Cpu: In the air at this time, I have created a request on the CPU forum asking for some advice. At this time its either a fx8350, Xeon e3-1230 v2 (not to sure about that one) or an I7 link below if you have your own opinion

RAM: Looking at using a Corsair 1866 cas 9 (might be getting a deal on dominator plat but otherwise vengeance)

Other than that im looking for some recommendations my knowledge on motherboards is limited at best

Thanks in advance

So it's 200-400 for the MOBO and CPU?

If that is the case you could consider this:

I wont combine any FX 8xx0 or 9xx0 with a m-ITX.

Sorry no 200 - 400 for the Mobo itself the cpu is a whole other budget

Sorry if I was unclear

The MOBO is still one of the best, so it will be the one I would recommend.

I wont recommend going with a z87 board for a xeon processor, as that would be a waste.

If you would like to overclock, you could consider this:
