im building a Proxmox server running a H12DSI-N6 with 2x AMD EPYC 7642, 512GB RAM, and 2 NVIDIA Quadro GV100.
the 4 2TB drives will not be in raid, so just straight up. which would be better the Solidigm DC P4511 vs Samsung 990 pro??
All drives have best use case scenarios.
Your question lacks drive use intent so there is no way to know which drive suits your goal better.
That said both are good drives in general.
