M.2 2280 PCI in laptop, can i just put in another

I have a laptop with build in SSD from liteon ( m.2 2280 ) but it's only 250 GB and i need more.
Can i just switch to the Kingston HyperX Predator SHPM2280P2/480G, 480 GB SSD or do i need to wtach out for PCi lanes and power output?

I dont know your laptop specs so ill say this...i'm assuming your liteon only uses 2 PCIe lanes. so you will be getting a upgrade in speed switching to the Kingston SSD m.2 since it support up to 4 PCIe lanes (depending on the CPU/GPU type for number of available lanes) and power will be the same

So go ahead and put it in.
