Now i found this deal (I'm not from the US and finding good parts here is hard):

A10-5800K + Gigabyte F2A75M-HD2 + 8GB Ram 1866Mhz Kingston Hyper Predator

for 327.33 $

I can get this (there are no Sandy Bridge i3s here

Asus P8B75 + Intel Core i3-3220 + Asus GTX650 + Corsair XMS3 2X4GB DDR3 1600 MHz

for 480.77 $

I'd get the APU combo. The performance gain you would have with that i3 isn't worth it. The APU will be plenty.
