Low Budget Video Editing PC

Hello everyone, i hope you all doing wonderful.

 

I need to start editing videos next week, so i'm looking for a low budget pc. Last year i actually bought the R9 270x, so i just need all the other parts to finish my build.

I have a budget of around 600-700$, so if we add the R9 270x to the mix, we would be looking for a build of 850-950$. (CAD)

I'm completely open to any suggestion.

I'm going to assume that this will be hardware only.  I did leave some room for overclocking, though.
